What You’ll Do:
Process DME orders and manage patient information
Verify insurance and process claims using Micromerchant (PrimeRX)
Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with our healthcare team for seamless operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma (DME Specialist or Pharmacy Technician certification preferred)
Experience in DME intake or pharmacy setting, with knowledge of Micromerchant (PrimeRX)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with DME regulations and insurance processes
