Looking for a seasoned CPA for the United States with rich Amazon FBA / E-commerce experience.
I want to do a 1-off project as follows:
AMAZON FBA – 2024 BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTING CATCH-UP + FILING S-CORP INCOME TAX
• Catch-up book-keeping service for whole year 2024
o Balance Sheet
o P&L
o Cash Flow
• After completing the catch-up project, get the books ready for Tax Filing
TAX COMPLIANCE
• Tax Preparation & Filing
Need to be someone with experience in tax prep in their home country and USA accounting practices.
I prefer someone who loves being in the e-commerce space and loves to help entrepreneurs make sense of their numbers, gives sound advice, and helps in fiscal planning and projections for future products & growth.
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Small e-commerce business with less than 10 transactions per day on Amazon only.
The objective is to wind down the business in Q1 of 2025.
I want to file for income taxes by March and close the company.
I am looking for someone experienced enough not just to report numbers but to make sense of the numbers to bring down unnecessary payments.
