Back in July 2023, we filed 4 941x’s for a nonprofit and are waiting on a sizable refund. The 941x’s were filed by a CPA familiar with the ERC and I believe they were accurate and honest. It has been 16 months and no response from the IRS. I am looking for someone who could contact the IRS and possibly speed this process along.
I understand that the IRS delayed processing ERC credits for quite a while and there might not be anything anyone can do to speed this up but hoping someone can.
