We are looking for a detail oriented individual with strong knowledge of Amazon seller central that can assist with daily, weekly and monthly account maintenance tasks, customer experience and reporting across several different marketplaces.

This position is ideal for someone who is is organized, enjoys working alone on repetitive tasks, bringing up issues and has a strong sense of urgency.

This is a full time position averaging 30 to 40 hours a week. The position h
as some flexibility after training as long as you can be responsive to communications during normal EST business hours.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create and follow up monthly bin checks for all live ASINs.

Check Account Health for new violations and assist with responding.

Check shipping FBA errors, report new errors and assist with disputing.

Review, report and dispute negative seller feedback and follow up on cases until removal is complete.

Verify ASINS daily to ensure correct photos are live, report issues and assist with updates when necessary.

Perform keyword research on a bi-weekly basis using Helium10 and Amazon reports to provide analysis on new backend keywords to be added to improve listing.

Assist with any listing updates such as but not limited to images, bullet points, descriptions, etc.

Verify ASIN measurements and weights inside listings are accurate, report on issues and perform amazon audits to correct when necessary.

Scrape Google in each international market and report listings below MSRP that are causing buy box suppressions.

Report daily on unauthorized sellers of our products in marketplaces without transparency.

Respond to seller central customer messages within Amazon SLA.

Follow up on negative customer reviews to offer resolutions to improve experience with the brand.

Utilize Amazon reports to create custom reports surrounding different account KPIs as needed.

Utilize tools available to suggest improvements on listings such as listing optimization tool and reducing FBA fees.

Create seller central cases, SAS escalations and tasks when necessary.
