Land Acquisition Specialist
Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? Join our land investing business as a Land Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for seller leads; building rapport, crunching numbers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with motivated vacant land owners while our team ensures each transaction is smooth and successful. Your expertise in sales and negotiation, combined with your empathy and problem-solving skills, will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Handle incoming calls from motivated seller leads, building rapport and understanding their needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with sellers to secure favorable deals, ensuring both parties are satisfied.
• Property Evaluation: Analyze property values using comps and prepare compelling offers that align with our business goals.
• Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with sellers and the team throughout the transaction process.
• Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with all parties to ensure that each deal progresses smoothly from start to finish.

Compensation & Structure:
• Hourly Rate plus Bonus from each transactions.
• Trial Period: A 90-day trial period to ensure mutual fit, with potential for long-term growth and increased earning potential.
Qualifications
Minimum of one years of experience in real estate acquisition or a similar environment. – Proven track record in sales, negotiation, communication, and follow-up.
