Role: Outbound/Demand Generation for agency focused on doctors/healthcare.
Salary: Depends on scope/experience.
My team and I run multiple businesses. We’re seeking someone who wants to grow, join, or support our leadership team primarily for a marketing agency that serves doctors and clinics. We’ve had a long history of successful building teams.
The ideal candidate understands how to build lists and set meetings from cold outbound motions. There is a team in place to do the sales and fulfillment. Our team has doctors on staff giving us a competitive advantage.
1) You will know how build lists for our ideal customer.
2) You will work on a multichannel motion in these types of channels
-Cold linkedin
-Cold email
-Cold calling
-Social outbound
-Biz dev referrals with device/pharma reps
-Ads/meta and retargeting
-Review
-Affiliate
3) You will measure and report results for meeting sets and qualified leads.
If you can go full cycle from list to closed contract and are based in the US or Canada you will get preference.
We work mostly asynchronously and try to avoid recurring meetings except for weekly reporting, which is live. Ideally, we can call each other ad hoc to touch base on projects in motion.
An exceptional candidate who could be a long-term head of growth/sales will be considered with priority. For the right candidate, we will provide a strong incentive plan and/or hire you with bonuses/profit sharing after an initial working period of three to six months.
Speaking English fluently is a must. Spanish is a nice to have.
