Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify expert to help refine and optimize our Shopify store for the Winter Park Social Shop. We already have a theme installed and initial content set up, but we need a professional to take it to the next level. Your expertise will ensure that our store is fully optimized for performance, usability, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customize and optimize the current Shopify theme to align with our brand’s vision.
– Implement necessary plugins and third-party integrations for enhanced store functionality (e.g., email marketing, analytics, social media, etc.).
– Optimize website performance, including loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
– Set up and optimize collections, product filters, and customer-friendly navigation.
– Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search engine ranking.
– Fine-tune product pages, collections, and other pages to match the overall brand identity.
– Troubleshoot any technical issues and provide guidance on ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Requirements:
– Proven experience with Shopify theme customization, plugin integration, and site optimization.
– A strong portfolio of successfully optimized Shopify stores.
– In-depth knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid code and third-party app integrations.
– Experience with SEO, site speed optimization, and mobile-friendly design.
– Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with community-driven or locally focused brands.
– Familiarity with Shopify analytics tools to track performance and provide insights.
