Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Software Engineer with a strong background in React and TypeScript to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining intuitive, scalable user interfaces that drive our sustainability software platform. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and UX designers to deliver seamless experiences for our users.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
Implement responsive designs and ensure a great user experience.
Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and troubleshoot bugs.
Work within Agile frameworks and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6+).
Experience with frontend build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Must be able to work in US timezones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, CloudFront).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of sustainability or environmental software solutions.
