Budget $3000/yr plus occasional bonuses
Looking for someone monthly to make about 4 quick reports via pretty line graphs, just plotting on the x axis for each month as far back as our data goes, and the following three types of line graphs
1) contractor payments graph – how much do we pay them each month, as far back as we can go, with best fit line to see if any trend. At least the top 10 or 20 contractors.
2) staff payments graph, – how much do we pay them each month, as far back as we can go, with a best fit line. Might be nice to also see their slope of the line vs the slope of the average slope of our staff, i.e. are they growing faster than the company staff average, the same, less etc. I think everyone in the company is growing making more each year but want to show people, so they can even extrapolate where they will be in the future.
3) individual client accounts graph – how much do we get paid each month , as far back as we can go, with best fit line. This is important so we can give this report for each client to the case manager working with that client. If their account is down, they should know this monthly, not after there is a silent departure of work from that account 6 months prior etc. Again, the best fit line would be helpful.
Two other possible reports to run are:
4) The last report is for accounts receivable, to see if we are better or worse at collecting each month.
5) expenses vs gross each month, to see if our company is more or less efficient each month.
I’m not looking for a rocket scientist to do the above. This is a recurrent monthly project that shouldn’t take more than a day or two every month. I think it can be done in under 250/month. I want to make sure that it’s clear the contract is for e. 250 for the first month, but then will be renewed each month.
