We are looking for an experienced lead generation expert who can build a highly targeted database of civil engineering firms specializing in land development, site development, or infrastructure projects. This role requires proficiency with tools such as Clay.com, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, LeadMagic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or any other reliable source that can help us get accurate and detailed information.
Requirements:
• Expertise in lead generation, especially in building databases of specific industry contacts.
• Ability to generate a highly targeted list of civil engineering firms focusing on land development, site development, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to collect detailed information, including:
• Company name
• Website
• Addresses
• LinkedIn profiles of key decision-makers
Experience with the following tools (or similar):
• Clay.com
• LeadIQ
• Snov.io
• LeadMagic
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo
Key Skills:
• Lead generation
• Data entry and accuracy
• Experience with leadgen tools (Clay, LeadIQ, etc.)
• Research skills, specifically within the civil engineering sector
Additional Information:
We’ve faced challenges in the past with getting accurate targeting, so we need someone who can precisely identify firms that align with our criteria and avoid generic lists. This is a freelance position and can be performed remotely.
