**Job Description:**
JEP Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Sales Associate** to join our team. This role is focused on outbound sales and business development to identify and engage with potential Influencers and Content Creators. Success in this role will be measured by the number of quality interactions that lead to scheduled introductory meetings.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outbound sales and business development activities to identify and engage Influencers and Content Creators for potential partnerships.
– Schedule initial overview meetings with qualified prospects to discuss partnership opportunities.
– Review social media profiles and website accounts on relevant platforms to assess potential leads and generate interest.
– Utilize our sales playbook to guide outreach efforts and achieve targets based on quality interactions and scheduled meetings.
– Maintain a comprehensive lead database, tracking outreach activities and responses.
– Communicate effectively with prospects on messaging platforms like Telegram and others as needed.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine targeted outreach campaigns.
– Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to improve outreach strategies.
– Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in sales, business development, customer outreach, or lead generation.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet outreach and scheduling targets.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and prospecting tools.
– Knowledge of the influencer industry and comfort discussing industry-specific topics.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
In addition to sales activities, you will have initial responsibilities that include coordinating the development of video sales letters and other sales and marketing materials to support the role and overall sales process. You’ll work with management and creative teams to develop materials but will not be responsible for creating them.
