Build a blog Agregator website on wordpress

I need to have a WordPress website built to aggregate blog posts from around the web.

I will provide the hosting through godaddy, url, wordpress theme and list of blogs that will be included to pull in content from. I also will be using Buzzsumo.,com, I’d like to create a feed though buzzzumo which would then be pulled into my website.

Deliverables:

1. Install WordPress theme
2. Setup WordPress theme correctly
3. Install needed plugins such as rss Agregators
4. Set up list of. Logs to pull in content from
5. Ensure the site is working correctly and pulling in correct content
