We are seeking a talented illustrator to create unique and engaging illustrations for our website. These illustrations will serve as backgrounds for cards (e.g. “explore documents”, “discover contributors”, “become a contributor”, and category cards such as “creative”, “education/learning”, “entertainment”, etc.) on the site, enhancing the overall visual appeal and user experience. In total it will be about 15-20 separate illustrations – some smallish with the same height and width, a few will be images that stretch across the whole page – and they should all have a similar aesthetic (e.g. the same general representation of people, which can be abstract, in images that have people in them).
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital illustration and be able to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand aesthetic. If you have a portfolio showcasing your illustration work, we would love to see it!
