We are looking for a motivated Assistant Product Manager to join our mobile app team. In this role, you will support our product manager in enhancing customer success, improving conversion rates, and analyzing churned users for our app.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct customer interviews and surveys to gather insights about the app user experience.
– Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for app improvements.
– Perform cohort analysis and other data analysis techniques to understand user behavior.
– Collaborate on strategies for improving user onboarding and engagement within the app.
– Assist in the development of customer engagement initiatives tailored to app users.
Desired Skills:
– Strong communication skills and a passion for product management in the app development space.
– Proficiency in data analysis, including cohort analysis and spreadsheet work, to effectively interpret and apply gathered data.
– Familiarity with CRM software (like HubSpot) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is a plus.
– Eagerness to learn and contribute to the app’s product lifecycle.
