We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
Video Editing/Reels – software expertise, cutting clips, transitions, text and graphics, music and sound effects, etc.
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and enhances brand awareness.
Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the health/wellness influencer space
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Creative thinker with an eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SEO and WordPress experience is an added plus.
