We’re seeking a skilled Sales System Specialist with experience in building, refining, and managing sales processes and who can also train and empower our managers and leaders in sales best practices. This role is critical to the growth of our business, as we aim to enhance our revenue and build a strong, high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Sales System Development: Build and optimize a robust sales system tailored to our unique needs, ensuring processes are efficient and scalable
– Manager and Leader Training: Train our managers and sales leaders, equipping them with the skills to lead their teams effectively and achieve sales targets
– Performance Tracking & Improvement: Develop strategies for tracking sales metrics and identifying areas for continuous improvement
– Collaboration and Flexibility: Work closely with our team to adapt the sales process to changing business needs and ensure alignment across departments
Requirements:
– Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in building and refining sales systems, preferably in high-volume, relationship-based sales environments
– Leadership Training Skills: Background in training and coaching managers, helping them become effective leaders
– Organized and Analytical: Ability to create structured processes and analyze sales performance to drive improvements
– Adaptable and Innovative: Comfortable in a dynamic environment and open to adapting sales strategies as needed
– Clear Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with a focus on documentation and feedback to ensure everyone is aligned
