Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key player in our design team, you’ll work closely with our product manager, engineers, and content creators to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your work will directly impact the learning experience of students by ensuring a user-friendly, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing product.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design UI elements such as menus, widgets, tabs, and navigation panels, ensuring they align with brand identity and user requirements.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetic design.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on findings.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and project outcomes.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and best practices in UI/UX.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
