Professional Design Phase, tech part: We conduct a professional design phase, including a UX/UI clickable prototype, technology stack, and detailed product estimation. Your team’s task will be to create a technical architecture and a detailed estimate based on the UI/UX materials delivered by the DevTeamSpace designers.
Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a qualified WordPress team that meets the following criteria:
Team Size: From 10 to 50 people. Ideally, the entire team works in one office.
Experience: At least three years of experience working on commercial projects as a team.
Successful Projects: Examples of successful commercial projects completed by the team.
Team Roles:
Project Manager (PM): A mandatory experienced PM who will manage projects and coordinate the team’s work.
Quality Assurance (QA): Preferably, QA specialists will be needed to ensure high-quality products.
Technical Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of WordPress: Expert-level proficiency in the WordPress platform, including theme and plugin development and customization.
Front-End Development: Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Back-End Development: Proficient in PHP (Yii2, Laravel) and MySQL, experience with REST API and third-party service integrations.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing website loading speed and improving performance.
Data Security: Understanding of modern security standards and methods of data protection.
Version Control Systems: Experience working with Git.
Integration and Automation: Skills in working with CI/CD, experience in setting up and automating development and deployment processes.
SEO tech optimization: optimizing websites from the tech perspective under the guidance of SEO managers.
