Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client interactions across multiple channels including calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and a proactive approach to client support and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely and effective communication.
Follow-up Management: Perform regular follow-ups with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by nurturing leads, handling inquiries, and qualifying prospects for further sales engagement.
Customer Retention: Foster relationships with clients to build loyalty and increase retention rates.
Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues across all communication channels to ensure high-quality support.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system and provide reports to management on client satisfaction and engagement levels.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an account executive, customer service, or sales role, with multi-channel communication experience.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel or CRM software, email and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Twilio), and call systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Problem-solving: Strong ability to handle complex issues with a client-centric approach.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Experience in Pet Grooming, Academies, or with similar clientele is beneficial.
