Technical Operations Coordinator

Our marketing agency, specializing in lead generation and pay-per-call, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and technical development skills, ideal for someone who can seamlessly shift between managing project workflows and handling coding tasks. Working closely with various teams, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly, supporting growth and efficiency across our campaigns. This is a remote role that requires working EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management
• Organize and oversee daily operations, keeping project workflows and timelines on track for optimal performance.
• Manage ongoing tasks and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are met by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement within processes, implementing solutions autonomously or with minimal guidance.
• Use project management tools to maintain detailed records of workflows, progress, and team activities, keeping everyone aligned on project objectives.
• Conduct regular operational assessments to optimize project flow and team productivity.
2. Technical Development
• Manage and work with APIs to automate and streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency and data flow between platforms.
• Write scripts in Python or other relevant languages to support custom operational needs, automating repetitive tasks where possible.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to operations, acting as the point of contact for basic development tasks and API integrations.
• Collaborate with the development team to support more complex technical requirements or integrations, especially as related to lead generation and pay-per-call initiatives.
3. Platform & Tool Expertise
• Utilize marketing and lead generation tools such as Ringba for call tracking and campaign management.
• Work with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Taboola to support the execution and management of ad campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate platform metrics to identify trends, opportunities, or issues that require operational adjustments.
• Keep updated on the latest trends and best practices for ad platforms, ensuring all operations align with current industry standards.

Requirements:

• Organizational Excellence
Proven experience in operations or project management roles, with a keen ability to organize and prioritize tasks. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized records and workflows that help move projects forward efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency
Strong knowledge of API management, scripting, and basic coding (Python preferred). You should be comfortable working with APIs, writing code to automate processes, and handling data transfers between platforms.
• Experience with Marketing Platforms
Familiarity with ad and marketing platforms, particularly Ringba for call tracking and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Taboola. Direct experience with these tools is a significant plus, especially in a lead generation or pay-per-call context.
• Proactive & Autonomous Work Style
