I am looking for a skilled IT professional to create and configure a secure Windows 365 Cloud PC environment for my bookkeeping team. The goal is to ensure that my bookkeepers can only access their apps from within this cloud environment and are restricted from accessing files or apps from other devices. This project includes:
Scope of Work:
Create a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment for 3 users, ensuring all apps and tools are accessible only within this environment.
Install and configure the following apps (and sign in with each user’s 365 accounts if possible):
– TaxDome & TaxDome Windows App
– Chrome Enterprise
– Keeper.app & Keeper.app browser extension
– RightTool browser extension
– Loom browser extension
– Vonage Business desktop app & browser extension
– Adobe PDF browser extension (free version)
– LastPass browser extension
– Set up Browser Favorites and startup pages to my specific requirements.
– Implement security policies that prevent users from accessing files and apps from any devices outside the Cloud PC environment.
– Ensure data security and compliance with best practices, and configure user permissions and restrictions.
– Provide documentation and guidance on managing the environment, so I can make updates or changes as needed.
– Offer future availability for advanced configurations or troubleshooting.
Requirements:
– Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC deployment
– Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, security policies, and managing user permissions
– Experience configuring business apps in a virtual/cloud environment
– Ability to document processes clearly for future management
Knowledge of cloud-based security best practices, especially around data protection
Previous Setup:
I have recently migrated from Google Workspace, so this Windows 365 Cloud PC will be replacing that environment. If you have experience with this kind of transition, please mention it in your proposal.
Deliverable:
– Fully configured Windows 365 Cloud PC environment for 3 users
– Documented instructions for management and troubleshooting
– Post-deployment support as needed
