Description:
We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to connect with high-net-worth individuals and investors through LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The sole purpose of this role will be to get appointments booked with me so I can talk to these qualified investors about my real estate fund, which provides strong returns and predictable income.
Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to filter and build targeted lists of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Develop and send personalized, compelling messages to initiate connections and spark interest in booking an appointment.
Maintain an organized spreadsheet of all leads and connections, tracking outreach progress and responses.
Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and secure scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting in the investment or financial space.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting custom messages that resonate with potential investors.
Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage spreadsheets and maintain detailed records.
Strong follow-up skills and a results-driven mindset.
