We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy Entrepreneur.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
The Virtual Assistant will help streamline operations, manage schedules, and assist with a variety of tasks to ensure day to day activities run smoothly.

– Email Management
– Calendar Management
– Travel Coordination
– Task & Project Management
– Document preparation and editing
– Client & Vendor communication
– Social Media Support
– Conducting Research on various suppliers, vendors, and products
– Personal Assistance – help with personal tasks such as managing appointments, ordering supplies, or coordinating personal errands as needed
– Expense Management – Track receipts and assist with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, estimates)
– Data entry, filing and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
– Strong proficiency with office software (Google workspace, Microsoft office suite)
– Familiarity with Zoom and other communication tools
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of tasks
