Design modern temperature dial for oven magnet

Our client is a building that has oven ranges that are in Celsius. The building is in NYC which uses Fahrenheit. We need to create a graphic that can be printed on a magnet and placed around the current settings. The new design will include both F + C so that people can easily switch between the two.

We don’t have a lot of room around the magnet. Here’s the space we have.
80 cm – tall + wide (could be a bit wider if necessary
32-32 cm – spacing

We want to include the following temps
F
150f = 65c
200f = 93c
250f = 121c
300f = 149c
350f = 177c
400f = 205c
450f = 232c
500f = 260c

C
65
100
150
200
260

We will print this on a square or rectangle and then cut out the circle for the dial and hole punch the area for the light so please take that into consideration.

Here are images of of the current dial and temps

We need to ensure that the temp numbers are placed correctly at the right intervals. See the below for the start of what that would look like. This is key because we don’t residents to burn their food!

The style should be modern, but some thing that can be printed and is very legible and doesn’t stand out from the rest of the kitchen.
