Enhance Housing App written in Flutter with Geo Coding Function. Add Smart Lock functionality with loT Platform.
The App is utilized by residents of Affordable Housing Properties to: 1. perform recertifications, 2. create work order requests and be able to review on a Mapping component the location of the maintenance staff, 3.) open unit with App , 4.) chat and perform video calls with Housing Management, 5.) and other functions.
Add Geo-Tracking to App connecting to the Work Order Apps.
Add the ability to open the unit via loT Platform APi to existing Smart Lock hardware or assist in creating the hardware.
