– Draft a legally compliant, effective template cease-and-desist letter in both English and Mandarin that addresses U.S. patent design infringements.
– Use the template letter to send individual, customized cease-and-desist notices on your law firm’s official letterhead to companies identified as infringing on our design patent rights.
– Ensure each letter is properly formatted, includes all necessary details of the infringement, and is sent directly to each infringing company in China.
This is an ongoing need, and we anticipate regular work as we continue to monitor and enforce our IP rights against infringing companies.
