We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our janitorial services division. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospective leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the janitorial and facilities management sector.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information, assessing potential interest, and ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring smooth hand-offs and accurate details.
Maintain and update CRM records with lead information, call outcomes, and appointment details.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversion rates.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on lead quality.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and company services to confidently address client inquiries.
Pay Per Qualified Lead: $25 for each lead that results in a successful appointment or provides necessary proposal information.
Commission on Closed Deals: 10% of the first-month contract value for each account closed from a lead you generated.
Performance Bonuses: $250 bonus for every 10 clients converted from your leads; commission tier increases from 5% for the first five closed deals to 10% for the next five.
Residual Income: 1% of monthly revenue for the first year of each account you helped secure.
Milestone Bonus: $500 bonus upon reaching 50 qualified leads or generating $10,000 in new contracts.
Work Environment:
Remote/Work from Home: Conduct calls from home using your computer and phone, with flexible hours to reach clients effectively.
Autonomous Environment: Manage your schedule and strategies independently to meet performance goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the janitorial, cleaning, or service industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and updating lead information.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
