I’m looking for i\an expert in cold calling cash buyer list for Real Estate Wholesale.
Duties will include but now limited to;
1). Creating a cash buyers list from all these Market, State, or Cities ( (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Arizona), (Atlanta Georgia) (North Carolina) (Chicago Suburbs Illinoi) (Tampa& Orlando, FL) (Cleveland OH), (Nashville Tennessee), And anything in Texas.
2). Must be proficient in building relationships with prospect cash buyers and must have a general knowledge about Real Estate Wholesale.
3). Must know how to use Batch leads and Batch Dialer because that will the primary software’s we will use to pull a list of cash buyers from state, market and cities
