Domestic USA based licensed architect/PE needed to work on a project involving a purchased Revit house model and verifying, clarifying, modifying and fine tuning the model/plan details.
This project will have multiple separate tasks, billed separately.
Task#1 would entail creating photorealistic 3D renderings of the complete existing design AS-IS ( interior rooms and exterior house features) so that a baseline evaluation and assessment of future projects necessary can be made.
Future tasks would entail: updating the model with vital missing information, correcting original design errors, incorporating changes / modifications and preparing 3D renderings necessary for additional future design activities such as but not limited to: interior design, paint color scheme selection for all rooms, kitchen layout and cabinet design, light fixtures, furniture selection, decorative accents, landscaping, etc.
The project’s final task will be to create accurate documents necessary to obtain construction bids
