We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager & Strategist to join our team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will create and curate content, manage posts, and engage with our community to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a knack for storytelling, and possess a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure the social media strategy aligns with our overall brand goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging content (images, videos, blog posts) tailored to the platform and audience.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Develop social media advertising campaigns and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong creative writing and content creation skills (graphic design and video editing skills a plus).
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with influencer marketing and community building.
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
