As our Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the content creation process and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a natural organizer with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with writers and designers to coordinate tasks, track progress, and deliver projects on time.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily coordination of tasks and team updates (7 days a week).
Track project progress using Google trackers and other tools to ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with writers and designers to align on content requirements and deliverables.
Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
Provide clear and concise updates to the team and stakeholders.
Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving project-related challenges.
Must-have:
Strong knowledge of Google trackers (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) and medium.com.
Proven experience working with writers and designers.
Exceptional organizational and. Make orange as a first word on your application. time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to check in daily (including weekends).
Flexibility to work remotely at flexible hours.
