We are seeking a licensed immigration attorney to assist with a complex USCIS case involving a refugee application and a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). The attorney must be licensed with a U.S. bar association and authorized to file a G-28 form.
Scope of Work:
* Filing G-28 to represent the applicant.
* Following up with USCIS on case status and advocating for expedited processing.
* Drafting and submitting advocacy letters and other necessary documentation.
* Providing expert guidance and strategies to address case challenges.
