Our primary goal is to make sure you receive the compensation you need to put your life back together after a serious injury.
We are looking for someone to join the firm who can:
Make calls to our clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, hospitals and other offices as needed in relation to the case, gets leads and also answer inquiries in return.
Do administrative tasks related to the case or any tasks as assigned.
With these skills and competencies:
Proficient in English and Spanish communication – verbal and written.
Proficient with Google docs, spreadsheets
Preferably with an American or Neutral accent.
Active listening
Critical thinking and problem solving
Interpersonal skills
Administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite.
