Key Responsibilities:

Call Analysis: Assess cold and follow-up calls, evaluating communication style, engagement strategies, and objection handling.

Performance Scoring: Utilize a scorecard to rate critical areas, including introduction, interest generation, discovery questions, and closing.

Feedback Delivery: Provide actionable insights to refine messaging, improve objection handling, and enhance call outcomes.

Compliance Verification: Ensure adherence to scripts and legal requirements, such as TCPA compliance.

Training Identification: Identify patterns in performance to highlight areas for coaching and development.

Results Tracking: Maintain detailed records and generate performance reports for ongoing improvement.
