Have a laundry and cleaning business with high customer turnover rate. We have challenges retaining customers. Looking to hire someone on a part time basis of engage new and existing customers to determine how we can improve and achieve 100% retention rate for customers and increase word of mouth referrals.

– Survey new customers for service rating (scale of 1-10), feedback, and how they heard about us.

– Survey existing customers for service rating and feedback.

– Compile results and present to management on a weekly basis.

– Provide feedback based on results, trends, and best practices recommendations.
