Key Skills & Requirements:

Business Collaboration: Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, providing expert data architecture guidance beyond basic requirements.
Data Modeling Expertise: Skilled in balancing denormalized structures with fact and dimension models to optimize performance and usability.
SCD Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SCD Types 1, 2, and 3 to support dynamic business needs.
Large-Scale Data Environments: Strong background in building and optimizing data processes for high-volume environments.
Mortgage Data Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage data and processes is highly advantageous.
