I need to hire a professional financial modeler who is strong with detail orientation and understands the food & beverage industry. This person will lead the rebuild of a financial model for a food startup with potential for an ongoing engagement afterwards.
This person needs to be well-adept with:
– Efficient Microsoft excel modeling
– Understands how to model DTC and wholesale channels
– Well-versed with inventory and modeling implications of working capital, non-dilutive financing, and COGS
– Clear and easy-to-understand formatting for ease of model navigation
– Skilled with providing guidance as to the big picture of a model while being able to dive into minute details and mechanics
Prior experience as a fractional CFO or investment banker are big pluses.
