Work Hours and Schedule: Night Shift – 8am to 5pm Central Time (Monday to Friday)
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rate: Negotiable based on experience

Description/Information:
The Logistics Coordinator/Supply Chain Associate for UCBPalletSolutions will support the pallet sourcing team by ensuring the smooth operation of shipment tracking, inventory updates, and supplier communications. This role involves maintaining accurate and timely records for Bills of Lading (BOLs), updating pricing data, coordinating internally for invoice processing, and keeping the pallet sales team informed of delivery timelines. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage the transportation of pallets and other goods to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Liaise with pallet yards, book shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Generate regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of logistics, freight scheduling or supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation regulations and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
