We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect expert to conduct a live, hands-on training session on setting up an Outbound Dialing Campaign within the Amazon Connect contact center platform. The goal is for the expert to walk a couple of your internal resources through the entire process step-by-step, from the initial campaign creation to the final testing of the functionality.
Specifically, you require the expert to cover the following key aspects during the training session:
– Campaign Creation: The expert should guide the trainees through the process of setting up a new outbound dialing campaign within Amazon Connect, including configuring the campaign settings and parameters.
– Contact Flow Configuration: The expert should demonstrate how to design and configure the necessary Amazon Connect Contact Flow to handle the outbound dialing interactions.
– Queue Setup: The expert should show the trainees how to set up the appropriate Amazon Connect Queue to manage the outbound calls.
– Dialing Rules and Strategies: The expert should explain and implement the necessary rules and strategies for the outbound dialing, such as call scheduling, number prioritization, and call disposition handling.
– Dialer List Creation: The expert should walk the trainees through the process of building the dialer list, including importing or generating the necessary contact data.
– Functionality Testing: Finally, the expert should perform a live test of the outbound dialing campaign to ensure the entire setup is working as expected.
