We are looking for a highly talented and experienced rendering team to create hyper-realistic visualizations for a luxury resort development surrounded by pristine nature. The renderings must seamlessly highlight the architecture’s integration with its natural surroundings while maintaining a focus on luxury, authenticity, and environmental harmony.
Responsibilities:
• Create photo-realistic still renderings of resort villas, spas, and other architectural features surrounded by untouched natural landscapes.
• Develop animated renderings for promotional purposes, showcasing experiences like beachfront views, wellness centers, and natural trails.
• Collaborate with our creative team to accurately depict the project’s vision, ensuring the renderings align with the desired aesthetic.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural rendering for resorts, luxury real estate, or similar high-end projects.
• Expertise in software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
• Ability to work with detailed CAD files and architectural plans.
• Experience integrating architecture into natural environments, with a focus on lighting, textures, and realism.
• Portfolio showcasing photo-realistic stills and animated renderings of similar projects.
Deliverables:
• High-resolution still renderings (at least 4K) of key resort features.
• Short animated renderings highlighting key experiences (e.g., beachfront views, spa settings).
• Iterative refinements based on feedback.
