**Job Opportunity: Audio Recording Helper**
Hi! We’re looking for a freelancer to help us understand an audio recording in Taiwan Mandarin. If you speak both Mandarin and English fluently, are detail-oriented and can take clear notes in English, we’d love to hear from you!
The audio is already transcribed with AI, but the software failed to catch and document all the words said. Additionally, Ai translations aren’t always accurate. We need someone who is willing to listen and catch all the missed words and meanings that could be important.
We’re not looking for a full accurate transcription document, per se, (we would love updates to our document so we can refer to it in the future) but we just really need to understand the key takeaways and details being discussed.

– the audio is 1 hour and 7 minutes long. Not all of it is relevant.
– Deadline: the sooner the better! We’re hoping to get something within a week’s time (preferably earlier)
– Meeting subject matter: Floral designer meets with a wedding venue. The purpose is to figure out the wedding venue’s process regarding how they have outsourced the floral designs, and their process.
– I understand about 80% of what was said, but not confident in the technical terms nor am i confident in fully understanding mandarin
– Using your notes, we’ll be creating a proposal as a potential floral design company
– We’re looking for someone with fluency in both mandarin (traditional) and english
– someone who is familiar with taiwan culture preferred
We need someone who pays attention to detail to make sure everything is documented accurately. If you’ve got experience with listening to audio recording and are good at jotting down notes, we’d love to chat with you!
