Responsibilities:

Audit our current Re:amaze setup and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Create and optimize workflows, rules, and triggers to improve response time and accuracy.
Automate common customer inquiries using smart FAQs, templates, chatbot features, and AI tools.
Leverage AI capabilities in Re:amaze (or via integration with third-party tools) to enhance customer interactions, such as personalized responses or predictive insights.
Implement escalation protocols for complex issues to ensure seamless customer support.
Provide training or documentation for our team to maintain and update the system as needed.
