THE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing blockchain-related projects to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about technology, cultural preservation, and delivering impactful results, we’d love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee blockchain-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
– Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
– Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to achieve project milestones.
– Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to effectively integrate blockchain solutions into Quantum Temple’s platform.
– Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project plans, progress reports, and deliverables using ClickUp and Notion.
– Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement strategies to enhance project workflows and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
– Proven track record of managing blockchain or Web3-related projects.
Technical Knowledge:
– Understanding of blockchain principles, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
– Familiarity with tools like Ethereum, Polygon, or similar blockchain ecosystems is a plus.
Skills:
– Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
– Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Jira).
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Certifications:
– PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
