We are seeking a talented and self-motivated YouTube Manager to oversee and grow our YouTube channel. This part-time role (10-20 hours per week) is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization to ensure our videos are reaching and engaging the right audience. Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and apply effective SEO strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithms and best practices to increase video discoverability.
Channel Management:
Maintain the channel, including uploading and scheduling content.
Organize playlists, update the channel layout, and ensure branding consistency.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor channel and video analytics to track performance and audience engagement.
Provide regular reports on metrics such as watch time, views, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.
Content Strategy & Audience Growth:
Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market to create engaging and relevant content ideas.
Work with the content creation team to align on topics and themes that resonate with the target audience.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments and interact with the audience to build a strong community.
Implement strategies to encourage likes, shares, and subscriptions.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and growing a YouTube channel.
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with an understanding of audience preferences and trends.
