I am seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to help us manage key administrative tasks and contribute to the growth of social media presence of a beauty brand start up.
Key Responsibilities:
Awards and Certifications Management:
Research and identify relevant beauty awards and certifications to boost brand credibility.
Complete and submit applications for awards and certifications, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Maintain a detailed log of award and certification opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.
Administrative Support:
Keep track of documents and certifications to ensure they remain up to date.
Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Social Media Growth and Management:
Develop strategies to grow and engage our audience on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across social platforms.
Monitor trends in social media and suggest creative ideas to enhance our presence.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent research and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with beauty or skincare industries is a plus.
