We are having problems with our DNS where after we enter records, they are not resolving, and the PTR records are not resolving correctly. It seems that there may be duplicate records or records, which is resolving for example, if we check the resolution of a PTR record, it will show the old one and the new one at first we thought maybe propagation and that is taking time to update, but that is not the case. There could be something wrong with the database or configuration of the set up may be wrong when doing a look up we only see ns2 and not ns1 in the propagation. Forward lookups appear to be working I think. Delegation to NS also does not seem to work.
