As a Full-time Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Amazon FBA business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help optimize product listings, manage inventory, track performance, and improve our overall Amazon presence.
Responsibilities:
Create and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, etc.)
Conduct product research to identify profitable products and trends
Manage and update inventory levels to ensure stock availability
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies for better results
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Assist in setting up and running Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns
Perform daily order and shipment tracking
Manage Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring all metrics meet Amazon’s performance standards
Provide administrative support related to FBA processes and operations
Help manage reviews and ratings for products, ensuring positive customer feedback
Monitor competitors and market trends to stay competitive on Amazon
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant or similar e-commerce role
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes
Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, keywords, and listing optimization
Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and product research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet connection and working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with customer service or managing Amazon feedback is a plus
