We are looking for someone who excels in utilizing leads, asking insightful questions, and demonstrating genuine interest and empathy. Confidence, persuasiveness, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in real estate cold calling is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers from provided lists.
– Deliver concise and engaging introductions, clearly presenting our value proposition.
– Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
– Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve success.
