Hi we are looking to hire a Facebook ads and SEM marketing expert. We are currently running traffic to a landing page which takes them through progressive forms and produces a lead. CPL is good, but we are looking to further dial in quality and ensure we are feeding back correct data.
My partner has run ads for our business for a long time, and the goal is for you to work with her to ensure our campaigns are constantly improving, we are testing, and we are improving the conversion rate of cash in the door or ROAS.
Skills you must have:
Great analytical skills and the ability to understand and adapt to what the data is telling you.
You must fully understand how to set up tracking properly and ensure we are measuring the real results of the campaign. Type snowman in the cover letter so I know you actually read this.
Extensive experience running paid ads on FB and Google. (LinkedIn and x would be a bonus for testing)
You have experience dialing in landing pages.
We are not new to running paid ads and are not looking for a newbie. YOU MUST have ample experience in paid ads to be considered.
