Care managers we are hiring will be responsible for various tasks including posting ads on multiple platforms, screening caregivers, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training as necessary, scheduling, supporting contracts etc…
Additionally, they will manage caregiver scheduling for seniors, ensuring timely arrivals and coordinating backup when needed. They will also maintain communication with families and the team and make sure to meet each state requirements.
